Your new codes have been saved, you may now load your printer with the new codes.
Temporary workaround for printing the High Speed Internet Access Code on the Small Registration Key Packet
1. Enter. Please fill out this form and then press Save:

A short message can be printed on the right side of the
Small Registration Key Packet IF your eForms
are configured to support it.

The message lines can be used to add a short message below the HSIAC area. You might put in: "Tech Support: 877-474-2411" or whatever your number is for internet tech support. If you use the second message line, the entire block will be shifted to fit in the lighter area. Leave that second line blank if possible.

2. Save. When you press Save, this data will be stored in your browser (on this computer only) ready to load into the printer.

3. Load. After you have saved the codes, a "Load" button will be shown. Press the "Load" button to download a program. This program is what loads the codes into the local printer from this workstation through the parallel cable.

4. Run. After pressing "Load", check to make sure your printer is "Ready" then select "Run this program" to load the code into your printer right now, or save the program to your desktop to load the codes when you click the "HSIAC.BAT" icon. Note: Be sure to say "Yes" you want to overwrite the old file if you do save it.

5. "Ready HSIAC"? After you "Run this program", try printing a registration. If you don't see a chance, please contact us for support.

Note 2013/09/28 Users of some versions of the XPS driver where the code is just the guests last name and room # may wish to remove the text "this week" and "after Sunday".

This works by entering "Your last name and Room #" followed by enough spaces and then a period into the "This weeks code" field which will have the effect of pusing the unwanted text up off the top of the page. E.g. for "This weeks code" enter

Notice the periods at either end. You may wish to just drag your mouse over each of these lines, then right click and copy, left click in the field above, then right click and paste.
