Temporary workaround for printing the High Speed Internet Access Code on the Small Registration Key Packet
1. Enter. Please fill out this form and then press Save:
Hilton Inncode:
This weeks code:
Next weeks code:
Last weeks code: (optional)
Message Line 1: (optional)
Message Line 2: (optional)
Day code changes:
The message lines can be used to add a short message below the HSIAC area. You might put in: "Tech Support: 877-474-2411" or whatever your number is for internet tech support. If you use the second message line, the entire block will be shifted to fit in the lighter area. Leave that second line blank if possible.

2. Save. When you press Save, this data will be stored in your browser (on this computer only) ready to load into the printer.

3. Load. After you have saved the codes, a "Load" button will be shown. Press the "Load" button to download a program. This program is what loads the codes into the local printer from this workstation through the parallel cable.

4. Run. After pressing "Load", check to make sure your printer is "Ready" then select "Run this program" to load the code into your printer right now, or save the program to your desktop to load the codes when you click the "HSIAC.BAT" icon. Note: Be sure to say "Yes" you want to overwrite the old file if you do save it.

5. "Ready HSIAC"? After you "Run this program", if the little display on the front panel of the printer still shows 'Ready' instead of changing to 'Ready HSIAC' please verify that this workstation is actually the one physically connected to the printer by the parallel cable. If it is, restart this workstation and try again. If the printer still doesn't update to 'Ready HSIAC' or you don't see the HISAC code on the next registration you print, please contact us for support.

Note 2009/04/20: The layout has been changed to better fit a new version of the pre-printed text on the registration key-packet stock as specified by your brand management. The positioning of this new layout is not ideal for the old stock, but should be close enough to work until you order new stock. The a narrower font has been used and the font size of the text, but NOT the code, was reduced in order to fit. There simply isn't room on the new stock to use a larger font and still allow the code to fit between the preprinted text and the perf on the top of the key-packet where the guest name may be torn off.

Note 2010/05/03 Increased the size of the code itself to 11 points from 10. Hopefully this small change will increase redability without causing the end of the code to be cut off by the perforation if the Guest Name is torn off. Please report any issues to support@efplus.com
